Architectural Engineer

Michail Kapsetakis holds a degree in architecture, earning his BA (Hons) in Architecture and March at the University of Brighton, UK.He is a qualified RIBA II architect with over 15 years of experience.

Throughout his career, Michail has collaborated with prominent architectural firms, working on projects of varying scales, which has allowed him to develop a broad and versatile skill set. He is involved in every stage of the design process and is particularly adept at solving complex challenges, bringing both technical expertise and creative solutions to his projects. His expertise spans across master planning, hotel design, residential complex, industrial buildings and housing projects.

He brings a holistic approach to his projects, ensuring that each phase of the design process is seamlessly integrated and thoughtfully executed. This broad involvement allows him to create cohesive and well-rounded architectural solutions that address both the functionality and aesthetic needs of a space.

Michail Kapsetakis holds also a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Crete were he focused mainly on the environmental behavior of buildings. This knowledge provides him with a deep understanding of how mechanical systems and architectural design can work together to optimize energy performance and sustainability.
